The Nigeria Cricket Federation will host an ICC Level 1 Coaching Course in Owerri,

Imo State from 28th to 30th April, 2008.

 

The course which is in continuation of an effort to build coaching capacity in the

country is a follow-up to the ICC Level 2 Coaching Course held last February in

Lagos.

 

The course is targeted at uncertificated coaches in the South-East and South-South

zones in addition to those that were not successful at the level 2 course earlier

referred to.

 

Twenty-one coaches from all over the nation are scheduled to attend the programme

that will be facilitated by the ICC North-West Africa Regional Development Officer,

Olisa Egwuatu.
